Hosted through the Lyme Resilience Collective, this three part series embodies our commitment to community, education, and self transformation. Designed especially for those living with chronic illness, it gently supports bodies whose protective patterns have become overactivated.
Join facilitator Talyah Alpern for a practice based journey in nervous system regulation, cultivating reprieve, rest, and replenishment for the mind, body, and spirit. Through neuroscience informed practices, participants will explore how the body’s innate intelligence can guide us toward deeper presence, recovery, and vitality.
You’ll learn to influence the autonomic nervous system, the part that governs stress and relaxation, through accessible tools such as body presencing, visual orienting and eye exercises, gentle breathwork, emotional freedom technique, somatic visualization, and vagus nerve toning practices.
Each session weaves gentle, body based exercises that calm overactive stress responses and strengthen your capacity for ease and self attunement. No prior experience is necessary, just curiosity, openness, and a willingness to slow down and tune inward.
