Brainspotting

A trauma-informed, neuroplasticity and somatics-based modality that supports the processing and transformation of emotions, memories, beliefs, and nervous system patterns held within the body and brain.

Warm welcome to Amoona Healing arts. My name is Talyah Alpern. I am a brainspotting practitioner, nervous system regulation facilitator and bodymind life coach. I am also an artist and arts educator. The modalities offered through AMOONA Healing Arts supported me in going from bed bound with debilitating chronic illness to reclaiming my health, vitality and life.
