Utilizing integrative bodymind modalities that support the limbic system and nervous system.

101

  • Brainspotting is a bodybrain modality …learn more here.

  • Nervous system regulation refrences a broad array of practices and lifestyle choices that support the nervous system in properly responding to fear, anxiety, stress and danger.

  • What began as a passion project has evolved into something more. We’re proud of where we’ve been and even more excited for what’s ahead. What sets us apart isn’t just our process—it’s the intention behind it. We take time to understand, explore, and create with purpose at every turn.

REGULATION + RECLAMATION

A Guided 3-Part Experiential Nervous System Regulation Series

Regulation & Reclamation is a soft, experiential space designed to help you reconnect with your body, unwind protective patterns, and slowly shift toward steadiness, rest, and inner safety.

Hosted through the Lyme Resilience Collective, this series supports individuals navigating chronic illness, chronic stress, pain, fatigue, or nervous system overactivation.

Together, we’ll gently work with the body’s innate intelligence, not against it, so you can experience more spaciousness, calm, and presence.

Each class provides grounded, trauma informed regulation tools that can be integrated into your daily life. In the class you’ll explore:

  • Body presencing and resourcing

  • Gentle breathwork

  • Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)

  • Vagus nerve toning exercises
    and more…

Primal Trust Nervous System Regulation Program

To the lands that tended me and that I have tended to in Upstate N.Y., Vermont, Southern California, Washington D.C. and Baltimore, Maryland. To the teachers and guides, to the vaste array of influences that inform my work in the world and identity I acknowledge:

The spiritual teachers that have illuminated the path. To name just a few: Krishnamurti, Dr. Vasant Lad, Ancient Yogic + Ayurvedic teachings, Hazrat Inyat Khan + The Abode of the Message, My Jewish ancestors and anti-zionist leaders + teachers, Stephen Harrod Buhner, Bayo Akomolafe.

To my embodiment and somatic teachers I have studied with: Stacie Haines, Peggy Florin, Ione Beauchamp, Milford Graves, Gopi Kinnicutt, Nora Chipaumire, Johnna Macdougall, Hana van der Kolk, Dr. Cathleen King. And to those whose teachings I carry deeply within: Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen, Nancy Stark Smith.

To my collaborators, thought partners and friends: Zahn Jackson-Garrett, Quinn Tetterton, Sami Kirschbaum , Taylor Morrison + Hannah Overton.

To the artists known and unknown. To my family and friends.

“I could not have imagined a better outcome by trusting myself into Talyah's brainspotting care and guidance. We started with forgiveness for myself and unclenching my hand from the pain I had been holding from breakups and relationships. Since then, I've affirmed with Talyah that my life's purpose is to experience warmth and connection with others.
